Shipping costs are free for orders greater than € 90 in shipments to Spain Peninsular and Portugal, for orders over € 150 in shipments to Europe and for orders over € 200 for shipments to the rest of the countries.
In the period of rebates and promotions, as well as the months of July and August, for logistics issues, delivery times may be higher than usual.
If orders are made on weekends or on holidays, the next working day will be prepared.
It is not possible to send orders to postage sections.
Please indicate well the access data to the delivery site (code, building, floor ...) and a mobile phone number where you can easily contact you when delivering the order.
In the case of national shipments, your order will be delivered and signed in the delivery address indicated in the order order. In case of absence at the time of delivery, MRW will contact you by phone to try again. In case of impossibility of delivery of the package by the carrier, the package will be returned to striped wings.

Shipping to Spain and Portugal: € 5 (Canary Islands € 7). Delivery in 1-2 working days
Shipping to Europe: € 15. Delivery in 2-4 business days

Striped wings are not responsible for the taxes generated in destination (taxes, customs ... etc.) nor of the possible delays in delivery due to the transport company.
The delivery times we indicate are those that generally precise the carrier. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if there is a delivery time to the indicated one.
Spain Peninsular and Portugal Peninsular
Includes 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent, a warning is left (as long as access has been possible) with the data from the office where you can collect the shipment, and within 15 days the shipment will be returned at source. If the recipient has not been in the office to pick up your shipment or address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 days the shipment will be returned at source.
For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
For shipments to the rest of the countries, the delivery time will be based on the country of destination.
A single delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left with the data from the office where you can pick up the shipment and within 7 days the shipment will be returned at source. If the recipient has not been person in the office to pick up your shipment or address is incorrect or incomplete, after the period of 7 days the shipment will be returned at source.

Precautions to consider
At the time of receipt of your order, it is important that you make sure that it has not been damaged during transport. This verification must be done at the time of delivery, in the presence of the carrier.
If the packaging of your order and or the product (s) have been damaged, write down the faults and damages indicated in the delivery note of the carrier. You can also reject the delivery of the order. This signage in the notebook will be an important proof that striped wings or the carrier can compensate you (return, change).

If you have placed an order to a country outside of the European Union, keep in mind that customs and import rates are billed once the order reaches the country of destination. If your order is retained at customs, you must pay supplementary taxes and taxes. These charges must be paid by the order receiver.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these rates and we can not determine the amount, since customs policies and import rates vary from one country to another.
