The shipping costs are free of charge for orders in excess of 90 € in shipments to Spain and Portugal, for orders over 150 € in shipments to Europe and for orders in excess of 200 € for shipments to other countries.
During the period of discounts and promotions, as well as the months of July and August, due to logistical issues, the delivery times may be higher than usual.
If orders are placed on weekends or on holidays, the next business day will be prepared.

In the case of domestic shipments, your order will be delivered and signed at the delivery address indicated in the order of order. In case of absence at the time of delivery, MRW will contact you by phone to try the delivery again. Alas de Rayas is not responsible for taxes generated at destination (taxes, customs ... etc.) nor for possible delays in delivery due to the transport company.
The delivery times we indicate are the ones that the carrier usually requires. Shipping costs shall not be reimbursed if there is a longer period of delivery than indicated.
Peninsular Spain and Portugal peninsular:
Includes 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent a notice is left (as long as the access has been possible) with the data from the office where he will be able to collect the shipment, and within 15 days the shipment will be returned to origin. If the recipient has not been personified in the office to collect their shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, past a deadline of 15 days the shipment will be returned to origin.
For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
For shipments to the Rest of Countries, the delivery time will be based on the country of destination.
A single delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left with the data of the office where the shipment can be collected and within 7 days the shipment will be returned to origin. If the recipient has not been personified in the office to pick up his shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, past the 7-day deadline the shipment will be returned to origin.

Precautions to be taken into account
At the time of receipt of your order, it is important that you ensure that it has not been damaged during transport. This verification must be done at the time of delivery, in the presence of the carrier.
If the packaging of your order and/or the product (s) have been damaged (s), please note the faults and damages outlined in the delivery order of the carrier. You can also refuse delivery of the order. This signage on the albaran will be an important justification for STRIPED WINGS or the carrier can compensate you (return, change).
If you note these failures after unpacking your order, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt of your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have placed an order for a country outside the European Union, please note that the customs and import charges are invoiced once the order arrives in the country of destination. If your order is retained at the customs office, you must pay extra fees and taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and we cannot determine the amount, as customs policies and import rates vary from country to country.
