Transportation cost:

Free shipping to Spain and Portugal Order exceeds 90€

Free shipping to Europe Order exceeds 150€

Free shipping to other countries Order exceeds 200€

Delivery time:

To Spain and Portugal: 5 euros (7 euros in the Canary Islands). Delivery within 1-2 working days

To Europe: 15 euros. Delivery within 2-4 working days

To other countries: 20 euros. The delivery date depends on the country.

 We are not responsible for the taxes (taxes, customs, etc.) generated at the destination or the possible delivery delay caused by the transportation company.

Return conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any problem, just remember that you have 14 days Effective from the date of receipt of the order to indicate that you intend to return the goods, and the products must be intact and in perfect resale condition.

To continue refunding, you must notify us by email pedidos@alasderayas.com Note: for the order number, return commitment and return reason, we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours to confirm the next action.

The freight for return shall be borne by the customer, except for tare, confusion or error of the original goods, in which case the cost of return shall be borne by ALAS DE RAYAS.

Once you accept the return and receive the garment at our office, we will continue to refund you through the same method (paypal or virtual TPV) you paid when you placed the order, and you will receive confirmation by email. If the product is used beyond the scope of use or damaged, there is no refund.

Dimensional change conditions

In order to facilitate your shopping experience in our e-store, we provide you with the first free size change.

You can make changes because you can make changes to the same item in different sizes (depending on the inventory) only within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, and the product must be intact and in perfect resale condition.

Accepted forms of payment

ALAS DE RAYAS offers you different forms of payment: Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and REDSYS card.

WINGS OF STRIPES also accepts payment via Paypal.

Card payments are always made in euros.

We do not accept payment by bank cheque.

Are card payments secure?

ALAS DE RAYAS takes very seriously the security of the payments and the confidentiality of the data that we communicate. Therefore, the web uses an encrypted mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that guarantees the encryption of your banking data at the moment in which it is circulating through the network, that is to say that they are totally encrypted so that they cannot be read. The data is transmitted in encrypted SSL (https).

You can check that the operation is safe because the symbol of a chain appears in your browser.

For payment with Visa and Mastercard only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that has issued it for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The transaction is made through the online payment system of the BBVA bank with which we are associated, and which is the only one to have the bank details that you provide us at the time of payment. By entering your card number to make your purchase, in reality what you do is to directly transmit your bank details to our bank, BBVA, which registers them on your server, highly secure. These data do not go through any intermediary, even by STRIPED WINGS, and neither does our technical supplier.

Are taxes included?

Our prices are indicated with taxes included (VAT) on orders whose destination is one of the countries of the European Union.

If you have made an order from a country outside the European Union, please note that the customs and import charges are invoiced once the order arrives in the country of destination. If your order is retained at the customs office, you must pay extra fees and taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and we cannot determine the amount, as customs policies and import rates vary strongly from one country to another.

Why has my payment been denied?

Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Checks the validity date.
  • Some data may be entered incorrectly. Check that you have successfully filled out all required fields.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • If the problem persists, contact our customer service (pedidos@alasderayas.com).
